By purchasing a ticket and attending the EmpowerHer Forum, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ticket Purchases and Payments
All tickets for the EmpowerHer Forum must be purchased online through our official website and EventBrite - https://www.eventbrite.com
Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your attendance. No tickets will be reserved without full payment.

2. Ticket Refund Policy
Ticket refunds are available only up to 7 days prior to the event (no later than November 2, 2024). No refunds will be processed after this date. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team by email at info@11media.com. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation request. All refund requests made after November 2, 2024, will be denied, regardless of the circumstances.

3. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Ticket transfers are allowed up until 48 hours before the event. Please contact us at info@11media.com to complete the transfer process. We reserve the right to deny any ticket transfer requests made within 48 hours of the event.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations
EmpowerHer Forum reserves the right to make changes to the event program, including speaker line-ups and schedules, without prior notice. If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, all tickets will be refunded in full. EmpowerHer Forum is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel and accommodation expenses.

5. Code of Conduct
We aim to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment at the EmpowerHer Forum. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. EmpowerHer Forum reserves the right to remove any attendee violating this policy without a refund.

6. Health and Safety
EmpowerHer Forum will comply with all local health and safety regulations in place on the event day. Attendees agree to follow all safety guidelines set forth by the venue, including but not limited to COVID-19 protocols. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the event without a refund.

7. Liability
EmpowerHer Forum, its organizers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, damage to property, or other losses incurred during the event. By attending, participants assume all responsibility for their own safety and well-being during the event.

8. Photography and Media Release
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. EmpowerHer Forum reserves the right to use any photos, videos, or recordings of attendees for promotional purposes without compensation.

9. Privacy Policy
EmpowerHer Forum will collect and store personal data provided by attendees during registration. This data will only be used for event-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or related to the event shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
